Job Description:
- Melakukan pencatatan, pemantauan, dan pelaporan pencapaian Business Unit Interior Residential secara berkala.
- Menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen kontrak serta berkoordinasi dengan tim Legal dan Finance dalam proses administrasi dan persetujuan kontrak.
- Mengelola petty cash dan memproses reimbursement sesuai kebutuhan operasional Business Unit Interior Residential.
- Menyiapkan kebutuhan voucher, melakukan distribusi, serta menyusun rekapitulasi penggunaan voucher.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait proses pengiriman barang untuk kebutuhan proyek dan operasional business unit.
- Memantau masa berlaku kontrak vendor serta mengoordinasikan proses perpanjangan kontrak dengan pihak terkait.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree of management (S1) or equivalent
- Familiar using Google spreadsheet or excel
- Ability to multitask & prioritize work
- Ability to detect issue & offer problem solving solution
- Work from headquarters in West Jakarta
