This position involves providing IT support primarily through calls, so strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and provide first-level technical support to users
- Log, track, and resolve incidents through a ticketing system
- Escalate issues as needed and ensure timely follow-up
- Deliver excellent customer experience in every interaction
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any IT-related course or with equivalent experience
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- At least 6 months of IT helpdesk or technical support experience preferred
- Willing to work on shifting schedules (day shift)
