Human Resources Generalist  

Job Description :

1. Oversee HR Generalist functions, including employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
2. Ensure all employee data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly documented within HRIS.
3. Document HR processes and maintain updated SOPs.
4. Implement and socialize HR policies, procedures, and SOPs consistently across the organization.
5. Standardize HR operational processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
6. Making sure employment compliance with the government rules (UU)
7. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: (Posting jobs, CV screening, HR screening, Psikotest, Interviewing, User Interview Scheduling, Reference Checking, Offering Process, Onboarding).
8. Manage the employee off-boarding process
9. Coordinate training needs assessments and employee development programs
10. Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback cycles.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management.
2. At least 1 year of experience in the same field.
3. Proficient in using the Talenta HRIS system.
4. Possesses strong communication skills, is disciplined, and able to work both in a team and independently.
5. Detail-oriented, firm, systematic, and possess strong administrative skills
6. Able to work in the office (Work from Office) Monday through Friday.
