- Provide technical assessment and advisory services related to system design, installation, configuration, upgrades, and migration activities.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute deployment and installation activities, including system upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
- Conduct system assessments and health checks, and provide best practice recommendations to improve performance, stability, and security.
- Support implementation and deployment activities for enterprise Linux solutions and resolve technical issues during project execution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dell Technologies Dell PowerEdge servers and related infrastructure.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth deployment and operational support activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation reports, and operational procedures.
- Provide onsite standby support during business hours (8x5) at customer locations when required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Engineer, Virtualization Engineer, or in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in Linux system administration, especially Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Familiarity with server hardware, particularly Dell Technologies Dell PowerEdge servers.
- Willing to work in shifts
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of system deployment, patching, upgrades, and migration processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills in English.
