Job Description
- Mengelola marketing campaign dengan dashboard tools Facebook, Google, UAC, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, Moengage di kesehariannya guna mencapai target subscriber tahunan
- Menjalankan strategi marketing untuk All User Kompasid agar memaksimalkan setiap customer journey mulai dari user growth, retention sampai revenue agar strategi tersebut terimplementasi dengan baik
- Melakukan monitoring ad campaign secara mendalam seperti spending budget iklan, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA hingga ROI sehingga terbentuk dokumentasi laporan
Minimum Qualifications
- S1 dari berbagai jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimal 2 tahun di industri media, agency, brand atau start up company
- Berpengalaman dalam menjalankan, mengelola, dan mengoptimalkan paid channel dashboard pada salah satu platform berikut : Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn Ads.
- Memiliki pengahaman dan implementasi marketing channel seperti email, social media marketing, SEO, SEM , CRO, marketing automation.
- Mampu memahami masalah dan audience behavior
- Memahami analisis data menggunakan beberapa tools, seperti Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Ads Manager, Data Studio, Moengage atau Google sheets with sort, filter, pivot tables.
- Memahami marketing funnels dan KPI digital marketing.
