- Menjadi admin/perpanjangan tangan/representatif Project Officer, baik di Whatsapp Group maupun Whatsapp Peserta Pameran saat preparation & saat event
- Memahami tentang event Dyandra Promosindo Surabaya
- Menjawab pertanyaan-pertanyaan dari Peserta di Whatsapp Group dan/atau Whatsapp Peserta (based on Manual Book Materi TM, Form Operasional & Hot Date)
- Reminder Peserta di Whatsapp Group dan/atau Whatsapp Peserta mengenai Hot Date/Deadline pengumpulan Form Operasional, Design Booth, Foto ID Card, atau deadline lain sesuai event yang sedang berjalan
- Melakukan pengarsipan dokumen & membantu PO membuat laporan event
Minimum Qualifications
- Teliti & terbiasa dengan MS Office
- Good in English
- Memiliki Komunikasi yang baik secara lisan maupun tulisan
- Mampu memahami materi dengan cepat
- Fast Respons on Whatsapp Admin, selama Office Hour (09:00 - 17:00 WIB)
- Fast Respons on Whatsapp Admin saat dibutuhkan, selama H-1 minggu event
- HP & nomor akan disediakan oleh Perusahaan
- Siap bekerja selama 5 bulan Januari - Juni 2025
- Penempatan : WFO - PT Dyandra Promosindo Branch Office Surabaya
