- Mencari supplier yang tepat ( online dan offline )
- Menentukan harga yang wajar dengan membuat perbandingan penawaran supplier
- Memastikan kualitas barang yang diterima
- Memastikan pesanan diterima sesuai kontrak
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan supplier
- Memastikan pembelian sesuai anggaran & kebutuhan perusahaan
- Melakukan evaluasi pengadaan
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan diutamakan S1
- Memiliki kompetensi dasar administrasi kantor
- Memiliki pengalaman di procurement minimal 2 tahun
- Cakap berbahasa Inggris
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi
- Memiliki kemampuan menggunakan Microsoft Office
- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa budget
- Memiliki pengetahuan terkait perpajakan
- Memiliki kemampuan networking
