- Act as a liaison and translator between Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and internal teams.
- Assist in managing daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements.
- Support communication and coordination across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Draft, translate, and manage administrative documents in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, and presentation materials using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a university student from Chinese Literature
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Good coordination with internal team including relation with other departements
- Have a good attitude and good communication skill
- Have a good in analysis & create a administration documents (using Google Workspace)
