- Encourage and facilitate UMN lecturers in conducting research and innovation activities
- Provide support and guidance to lecturers throughout the research and innovation process
- Coordinate and communicate with internal stakeholders to support research and innovation initiatives
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen collaboration with external partners to support research and innovation activities
- Facilitate partnerships and collaborative projects related to research and innovation
Minimum Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
- strong analytical thinking skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- possess a broad professional network
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work in accordance with research and innovation procedures
- proficient in using mendeley, nvivo 12, spss, anova, and smartpls software
