- Membuat package Presale as brief sales (all category package : sps, reg, CPRP, filler, digital, blocking)
- Membuat mapping benefit paket deal serta menjadi PIC Special program
- Menjaga performance campaign yang sesuai dengan KPI package deal (KPI client : CPM, Roadblock, KPI Views dan atau target lainnya)
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang Marketing, Komunikasi, Ekonomi, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2-3 tahun dalam Media Planning, Account Management, atau Trade Marketing (terutama di industri TV atau Digital Media).
- Memahami ekosistem media (TV, Digital, dsb).
- Mahir dalam analisis data dan laporan (penguasaan Excel/Google Sheets tingkat lanjut adalah wajib).
- Memahami istilah periklanan seperti CPRP, CPM, Viewability, Reach, Frequency, dsb.
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang kuat untuk koordinasi lintas tim.
- Manajemen proyek yang disiplin untuk menangani banyak Special Programs sekaligus.
- Detail-oriented dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan target.
