Job Description
Are you looking to work as Personal Assistant to support the owner of growing IT company? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. As an Personal Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in our growth journey.
Responsibilities:
- Handle various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in scheduling, preparing materials, and documenting meetings.
- Conduct research to identify new market trends, can do content create and help with video footage.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Has experience 1 year as Personal Assistant or related positions
- Fresh Graduate are welcome.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English Language
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Resides in Jakarta
- Have motorcycle is preferable
