Job Description

  • Submit and follow up request from AM division to other division, such as: contracts, proposals, request forms, service order, PO, etc.
  • Answering client's inquiries over the phone, or by email.
  • Organizing and record (MoM) meeting.
  • Check data accuracy in orders.
  • Manage BD report, visit, and pipeline activity.
  • Asure the circulation of forms and legal documents signing runs smoothly.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Min. 1 years of work experience in Business administration or other related fields would be preferred.
  • Strong capability in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Suite.
  • English as a plus point (writing).
  • Ability to work accurately and organized in timely manners.
