Sales Recruiter Officer  

• Partner with the Sales team to identify and understand their hiring needs
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top sales talent
• Conduct candidate outreach through various channels (phone, email, social media)
• Screen and qualify candidates based on pre-defined criteria
• Schedule interviews and manage the interview process
• Assist in onboarding new hires
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics
• Participate in research and analysis of recruitment trends
• Support with mass hiring initiatives (if applicable)

We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our strategic talent acquisition efforts for our dynamic sales force.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, management, marketing, or any relevant major
• Have a mininum of 1 year experience in Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices (familiarity with strategic sourcing a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• A detail-oriented and proactive approach
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
