IT Support  

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues reported by user

Provide end-user support, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and other IT equipment

Assist with the management and maintenance of our IT systems, including servers, storage, and network devices

Coordinate with external IT service providers to ensure timely resolution of complex technical problems

Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect our systems and data

Provide technical training and documentation to end-users to improve their IT skills and knowledge

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and processes

Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT technical support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues

Proficient in hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance

Solid understanding of network technologies, including switches, routers, and firewalls

Familiarity with IT security best practices and the ability to implement appropriate measures

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
