- Provide accurate translation of text, video, and audio, conveying the original meaning and tone. (Research company/store operation terms as needed to ensure clarity)
- Convert text and audio recordings from one language to one or more others.
- Edit content while maintaining its original format (e.g., font and structure).
- Attend meetings and store visits to translate discussions directly on the spot.
- Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy.
- Conduct training or company meetings to deliver company values and philosophy.
- Assist Store Operations team in daily communications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (in Japanese literature preferred).
- Japanese language proficiency min N2 active verbal & written.
- English language proficiency business level verbal & written.
- Have confidence and strong communication skill in all levels.
- Have experience as interpreter minimum 2 years.
- Willing to travel (domestic & international).
- Able to work with flexibility (both in the office and in the store), can work different shifts based on store needs.
