Menyusun test plan dan skenario performance testing
Menentukan parameter beban (jumlah user, durasi, concurrency, dll)
Melakukan load test dan stress test pada aplikasi
Monitoring response time, throughput, error rate, serta resource usage
Mengidentifikasi bottleneck pada sistem (server, database, API)
Membuat laporan hasil testing dan rekomendasi optimasi
Berkolaborasi dengan developer & QA untuk perbaikan performa sistem
Minimum Qualifications

Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Teknik Informatika, Sistem Informasi, Ilmu Komputer, atau jurusan terkait)
Memahami dasar Software Testing dan Performance Testing
Memahami konsep:
Load Testing
Stress Testing
Spike Testing
Volume Testing
Familiar dengan tools seperti:
Apache JMeter
LoadRunner
K6
Memahami dasar HTTP/HTTPS & API Testing
Memahami dasar database (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Memiliki dasar scripting (Java/JavaScript/Python) menjadi nilai tambah
Teliti, analytical thinking, dan memiliki problem-solving yang baik
Mampu bekerja secara tim maupun individu
