Project terdiri dari dua fase berurutan — dengan kemungkinan berlanjut bagi kandidat terbukti.
- Fase 1 — Finalisasi & Penyempurnaan Website 1.0 (±1 minggu) Membawa website dari staging ke live — brand kit konsisten, elemen legal lengkap, bilingual EN/ID, loading di bawah 2.5 detik, Google Analytics 4 dan UptimeRobot terpasang. Termasuk penambahan halaman BC À La Carte untuk permintaan layanan individual di luar paket standar.
- Fase 2 — Fondasi & UX Website 2.0 (±2–3 minggu) Dibangun di environment terpisah, paralel dengan website 1.0 yang tetap beroperasi.
UX & Design:
- Wireframe dan mockup lengkap di Figma — seluruh halaman utama, user flow, CTA hierarchy, booking flow overlay, BC À La Carte flow, dan mobile view
Review dan approval Founder sebelum build dimulai
- Technical Foundation:
- Tech stack: Next.js 15 + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS + Vercel
- Staging environment dan deployment pipeline
- Mock API routes untuk semua endpoint Platform BaliConnect
- Seluruh halaman dibangun dengan mock data sesuai Figma yang disetujui
- SEO technical foundation terpasang sejak hari pertama
- Joint planning dengan IT Head — API contract, data schema, dan webhook configuration disepakati tertulis
Total durasi: 3–4 minggu.
- Kandidat yang terbukti berkesempatan melanjutkan ke fase berikutnya — project basis maupun fulltime dengan kompensasi lengkap.
- Project-based 3–4 minggu. Besaran berdasarkan kemampuan dan pengalaman — diskusikan dalam interview. Jika berlanjut ke fulltime, kompensasi lengkap menanti.
Minimum Qualifications
- Full stack developer, minimal 3 tahun pengalaman
- Menguasai Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, dan REST API integration
- Berpengalaman dengan UX design dan prototyping di Figma
- Memahami mobile-first development dan Core Web Vitals optimization
- Familiar atau aktif belajar AI-assisted development tools — khususnya Kimi K2.6
- Berpikir seperti product builder — memahami mengapa, bukan hanya bagaimana
- Nyaman bekerja mandiri dengan dokumentasi yang solid
- Berbasis di kantor BC selama project — office-based jika berlanjut ke fulltime
- Sudah berdomisili di Bali
