- Menjaga hubungan kerja dan komunikasi berkelanjutan antara tim IT dan stakeholder internal/eksternal.
- Menyampaikan informasi IT ke seluruh organisasi (misal: proyek baru, kebijakan, prosedur, atau isu yang sedang terjadi).
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan/presentasi/pembaruan IT secara berkala.
- Mengelola komunikasi sebagai bagian dari Change Management selama implementasi program IT.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan S1 (Computer Science).
- Pengalaman di bidang IT Collaboration (misalnya implementasi sistem kolaboratif seperti Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Confluence, Slack, dll.).
- Kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik.
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di industri multifinance.
- Paham Project Management (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) dan Change Management (Prosci, ADKAR).
- Analisis cost-benefit, kemampuan presentasi, mahir Excel & PowerPoint.
