- Oversee and manage the organization’s data and information to ensure accessibility, accuracy, and security.
- KMS Implementation: Assist the implementation and optimization of Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) to facilitate the storage, sharing, and accessibility of information across the organization.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to share critical strategic information and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Analyze and evaluate the information needs of the organization to ensure proper tools and systems are in place for efficient data usage and decision-making.
- Utilize tools for effective database management and maintenance, ensuring data is organized and accessible.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in data and information management within an organizational context.
- Proven experience in the implementation and management of Knowledge Management Systems.
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments to share and manage strategic information.
- Ability to assess and understand organizational information needs and propose effective solutions.
- Familiarity with database management tools and systems, with a solid understanding of database structures and data organization.
