Job Description

Manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Develop and maintain project plans, including objectives, success criteria, scope, resource allocation, financials, and risk management.

Oversee infrastructure-related projects such as system migration, integration, network and security infrastructure, and end-user collaboration platforms.

Establish and operate PMO frameworks including standards, templates, tools, and governance processes.

Facilitate portfolio governance, prioritization, performance tracking, and reporting.

Manage stakeholder engagement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure project success.

Consolidate project statuses, escalate issues, and provide risk reporting to senior management.

Conduct project audits, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate documentation such as project plans, deliverables checklists, and final reports.

Support project managers and technical teams in achieving project milestones and resolving project-related challenges.

Deliver clear communication through verbal updates, written reports, and executive-level presentations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Computer Science or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management with a strong background in PMO roles.

Proven ability to manage infrastructure projects including planning, execution, and closure while handling objectives, scope, resources, finances, risks, and communication.

Experienced in project scoping, planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, risk and issue management, and vendor/contract management.

Good understanding of IT infrastructure such as system infrastructure migration, integration, network and security infrastructure, and end-user computing & collaboration platforms.

Skilled in establishing and running PMO standards, templates, tools, governance, portfolio management, prioritization, and performance tracking.

Strong capability in resource planning, capacity management, project audits, and compliance.

Adept at standardizing project delivery across teams and coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.

Experienced in consolidating project statuses, managing escalations, reporting risks, and supporting project teams in achieving milestones.

Proficient in creating and maintaining project documentation including plans, deliverables checklists, and final reports.

Excellent verbal, written, and executive presentation skills with strong ability to communicate across all levels.
