- Identify and acquire new potential clients who require IT outsourcing services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Understand clients’ business and technical needs to provide suitable outsourcing solutions (IT Support, Developers, QA, Cloud Engineers, etc.).
- Prepare proposals, pricing quotations, and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Lead contract negotiations, service terms, and SLA discussions with clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecast, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and account progress to management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience as Sales, Account Manager, or Business Development in IT/outsourcing/consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of basic IT roles (Software Developer, QA, Network/Cloud Engineer, IT Support, etc.) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Skilled in solution selling and understanding client business needs.
- Able to work with targets and manage a structured sales pipeline.
- Existing network of companies that require IT outsourcing services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Highly proactive, result-oriented, and strong problem-solving mindset.
