- Data Modeling & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain effective data models and interactive dashboards using Looker Studio and/or Looker Pro (or other tools thatvis still similar).
- Advanced Data Extraction: Write complex, highly optimized SQL queries, with a strong emphasis on Google BigQuery, to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Deep-Dive Analytics: Conduct rigorous root-cause analyses to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in user behavior, acquisition funnels, and business metrics.
- Actionable Insights: Translate complex data sets into clear, strategic narratives to inform critical business decisions, growth initiatives, and compliance reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred) and BI tools (Looker ecosystem).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to connect quantitative data with real-world business outcomes.
- Agility & Ownership: High level of accountability with a proactive mindset. Ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing business needs.
- Commitment to Excellence: Highly responsible with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment, including managing critical, time-sensitive deliverables when urgent business needs arise.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
- Prior experience working in Fintech, digital banking, or heavily regulated financial environments.
