About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Agricultural Drone Operator to support pest control and crop management across a wide range of agricultural settings -- including orchards, plantations, vegetable farms, and open-field crops. Using advanced drone spraying and mapping systems, you will help improve farm productivity, reduce chemical waste, and ensure timely intervention against pests and diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate agricultural drones to perform aerial pesticide spraying, crop monitoring, and data collection
• Plan and execute flight paths using precision spraying and terrain-following technologies.
• Ensure accurate and consistent chemical application across different crop types and terrains.
• Maintain drone equipment, perform pre-flight checks, and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Collect field data and report findings to farm managers or agronomists.
• Ensure drone operations comply with local aviation and agricultural regulations.
• Adapt to varying field conditions and crop management needs (e.g., rice paddies, orchards, open fields.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 - 3 Hands-on years experience operating drones in real-world.
• Familiarity with precision spraying systems, nozzle calibration, and flight mission planning.
• Fluent in English
• Basic understanding of pest control, fertilizer application, and crop care.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and field environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
• Valid drone pilot certification
• Knowledge of GPS mapping, terrain analysis, and data collection tools.
