Job Description:
The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Analysts will be responsible for company to manage and improve the Information System, by Analysing, Designing, and Implementing IT Solution to support Business Process (best practise solution) and Increase Efficiency. Key responsibilities include:
- Systems Analysis: Evaluate new business requirement or change requirement from business user and identify pain point and inefficiencies. Propose solution design, architecture, and blueprint to fulfil those business requirements or change requirements.
- Project Management: Perform planning and controlling of technology implementation / development projects. Coordination across various departments to ensure projects align with organizational goals in time manner
- Data management: Analysing data trends, integrity, security, and accessibility and ensure high data quality in IT solution implementation
- Technical Support: Troubleshooting Expertise for providing user support for ICT System n Software also control documentation all historical for future reference
- Training and Development: Control and Manage user manuals, guides, and training sessions to support smooth technology adoption.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) Information Technology-related major
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in IT Engineer or IT Analyst
- Maximum age for selection: 28 years old
- English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate must still be valid, meaning it remains valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC 600, TOEFL ITP 478, or IELTS 5

- Have Knowledge of Programming Framework
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill
- Capability to conduct and lead Group Discussion
- Self-motivation to improve knowledge and skills in ICT Technology

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
