Job Description
- Initiating calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads including existing customers targeted for a cross/upsell, prior customers, and/or potential new customers
- Monitoring sales achievement from dashboards.
- Escalating problems/complaints to relevant departments.
- Collecting and validating customer databases.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Telesales or similar field
- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or other Sales/Customer Service role
- Background from pharmaceutical or health industry are more preferable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Willing to work in a WFO arrangement in Surakarta
