- Supports daily operations, manages documentation, and monitors inventory and deliveries to ensure smooth workflows.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation of daily operational activities.
- Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality standards while managing accurate documentation and reporting to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Support policy implementation, handle documentation and reporting, and liaise between operations and other departments to ensure compliance and coordination
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or operational support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (English is a must).
- Ability to manage documentation, ensure compliance, and coordinate across departments.
