Take inbound calls or email inquiries from customers or clients. Assist them, in Indonesian/English language, regarding our product and service. Must meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements. Ensure proper documentation of activities in solving problems, requests from clients and/or if any actions taken. Handle customer/client's complaints, claims and queries. Doing any requested tasks as ordered by user.

Configure Router, Switch, Firewall and LoadBalancer o Hardening Device (Password Policy, lockout, ntp, syslog, snmp) o Register IP from Merchant or Bank to Firewall o Create Firewall Policy between Zone, Internet, and Bank o Configure/Add new routing to Bank or ISP’s o Installation new device and Process RMA for defective device o Second level support for Head Quarter Network. PCI-DSS Compliance o Review firewall policy and access-list quarterly o Review Firmware version, and Update Firmware o Collect evidence Q4 Document Maintenance o Maintain document for asset, IP address, Vlan (Datacenter & HO) o Maintain Network Topology Bank Integration o Configure IPSEC or Leaseline to Bank o Create and update topology and documentation for each Bank o Work with each Bank Network PIC, to provide High availability Reporting o Report any issues related connectivity or network event o Make a report for daily, weekly, monthly health check status, and bandwidth consume.
