Leading, motivating, and guiding and set the target of the legal and compliance team. Creating and maintaining a framework for compliance across all departments Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures. Identify and assess gaps between existing policies and procedures and new regulatory requirements, and recommend necessary adjustments to ensure compliance Communicating compliance requirements and updates to relevant stakeholders. Providing legal advice to other departments on a wide range topic Maintain and monitor company's compliance according to Bank Indonesia regulations, PPATK and principal regulations Provide assistance to the business and marketing team on commercial negotiations with Banks, principals, payment issuers, payment system partners, merchants and vendors Examine the legal issues related to new payment products/features and digital payment innovation Prepare, review, and revise any legal documents related to the business and operational Liaise with Bank Indonesia, PPATK, public notaries, lawyers, external auditors, and government authorities in relation to corporate matters Conduct periodic internal audit and responsible for create the audit framework plan and perform the audit execution and collaborate with a diverse range of businesses and stakeholders to identify continual improvements in all departments Ensure that the Company's business and operations are in compliance with applicable regulations

Responsible for the daily operational of Security, as follow: Monitoring Antivirus Configure and Monitoring Hiware, IPS system system on DC and DRC Check firewall activity on DC and DRC by Cisco Security Manager (CSM) & FortiAnalyzer Report and escalated for any activity related daily operational Execute action plan Preventive Maintenance time and changes request document Support project team related implementation Collaborate with other department and vendor related to IT security operation Do the vulnerability scan and penetration test for new system/application

Daily Reconciliation Activities (D+1) Input daily journal to accounting system and summarize Customer Credit Balance Process reconciliation & settlement on weekend (There will be subtitution on weekday) Handle client report, premium settlement and plugo performance Handle daily cases related to reconciliation result accordingly to SLA Check outstanding transaction to be followed up to partners; Identify suspect transaction and approve flagging transaction requested by Dispute Team

o Lead for settlement, tax, treasury, accounting, account receivable, account payable, & reporting. o Managing the financial reporting for the organisation in timely manner. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting. o Providing sound financial support, strategic financial recommendations and insights to enable to make critical business decisions. o Lead yearly audit financial statement and liase with external auditor. o Managing and overseeing the cash flow of the company and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls to make sure cash is sufficient for operation and generate more return. o Ensuring the organisation is compliant with tax, accounting standards, kementrian perdagangan, BKPM, & Bank Indonesia, liase with related team. o Managing hedging and foreign currencies and liase with banks. o Managing and overseeing the company’s financial systems. o Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT related policies and procedures, develop & implement internal control to prevent frauds and identify errors
