- Control and Evaluate Inspection Schedule
- Control inspection certificate issued and third party inspection report
- Send the inspection certificate
- Gain Inspector's Sign for Certificate of Inspection
- Perform product inspection
- Control Quality Assurance
- Arrange product and make security permission
- Requirement related with Inspector Consumption
- Conduct SCM Mill Test Certificate Screen Function
- Manage and record the customer address
- Inspect the agency Person In charge for every order number
- Control of presence of survey agency
- Manage and control MTC Local System Technology infrastructure
- Identify and solve the problem of SCM Mill Test Certificate issue, MTC local system issue, materials, components and MTC system error
- Provide level 3 testing data result
- Provide query SQL for data execution
- Control MES, facility and SR of entire laboratories
- Support third party inspection
- Inspect the function of chemical request test management system, physical testing administration system
- Identify and manage MES Issues by coordinating directly to third party
- Identify and solve the problem of BI Matrix SQL
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma 3 / Associate Degree in Information Technology major area
- Have experience 2-3 years in programming or Steel Quality Assurance area would be point plus
- Understand general process, technology, and procedures related to all steel testing laboratory
- Understand and able to work with Quality Assurance Product Judgement System
- Have a good knowledge and skill to apply SQL to manage DBMS
- Have a good skill of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
- Master the Quality Assurance Product Judgement Competency
- Able to communicate in English, speaking and writing report, is a must. Proven with English Certification
- Have good communication skill
