- Handle production incidents end-to-end — from initial troubleshooting to coordinating with development teams for resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis on application issues using logs, database queries, and system behavior.
- Write and run PL/SQL queries to investigate data issues and validate fixes.
- Support and troubleshoot Java-based application components.
- Monitor system health and application performance daily to catch issues early.
- Assist with application deployment, maintenance, and release activities.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures for future reference.
- Work closely with business users and project teams to understand issues and ensure timely resolution.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in application support or a similar technical role, ideally within banking or financial services.
- Solid hands-on experience with PL/SQL and Java.
- Core banking knowledge is expected.
- Experience with Flexcube is a strong plus.
- Preferred: experience in EOD/BOD batch processing.
- Prior exposure to banking industry projects is highly valued.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, incident-driven environment.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Jakarta, available to join immediately.
