Preparing a long-term plan for social media planning, especially for Skintific's upcoming product launches Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Manage a team of social media, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the successful execution of strategies and campaigns. Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate the performance of campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for optimization.

Key Responsibilities Create a new product concept through in-depth research into market trends. Create product brief and give ideation for marketing point.
