Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Memonitor Rekonsiliasi Bank.
- Memonitor aging hutang / piutang.
- Memonitor jadwal pembayaran pajak.
- Melakukan pembayaran pajak tepat waktu.
- Melakukan filing terhadap dokumen yang berhubungan dengan finance & accounting.
- Mengontrol AP / AR Invoice.
- Membantu penyediaan data yang terkait dengan kewajiban perpajakan perusahaan.
- Membantu penyediaan data dan dokumen yang terkait dengan pemeriksaan pajak.
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Pendidikan Minimal S1.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3-4 tahun diposisi yang sama.
- Memiliki latar belakang keuangan/akuntansi & Pajak.
- Memiliki sikap yang baik, mampu bekerja sebagai tim, mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dan deadline yang ketat.
- Pengalaman dalam menangani perhitungan pajak, rekonsiliasi pajak, pelaporan pajak, menyiapkan data untuk pajak & audit tahunan, menyiapkan laporan keuangan termasuk menangani budget planning and forecasting, hutang dan piutang.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam menggunakan software accounting.
- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisis laporan serta problem solving yang baik.
