About this Position
We’re looking for a Freelance Producer to manage photo and video productions from idea to execution, ensuring smooth workflows, strong quality control production, and on-time delivery. You’ll collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and videographers while keeping all outputs aligned with project briefs and brand guidelines.
Job Description
- Develop production-ready creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines (especially food-content).
- Manage end-to-end photo and video production workflows.
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams, photographers, and videographers.
- Conduct quality control on production, final edits, and post-production to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Manage schedules, locations, and basic production logistics.
- Communicate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback into revisions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high production standards.
- Handle production reimbursements and monthly reporting to finance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recent experience in creative production or project management.
- Experience managing photoshoots and videoshoots.
- Background in a production house or creative agency.
- Familiar with studio production workflows and on-set logistics (including food arrangements).
- Proficient in Google Slides, Docs, Spreadsheets, and CapCut.
- Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
