Role Description
• Build and deploy push, email, and WhatsApp campaigns using CleverTap.
• Maintain accurate triggers, audience segmentation, and campaign logic.
• Deliver copy message accuracy, delivery timing, and event tagging consistency.
• Track campaign performance (open rate, CTR, repeat purchase rate) and provide improvement insights.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Creative, Data and Martech teams for seamless execution.
• Ready to work in Hybrid working arrangement (1-2 Days per week to our office in Tomang, West Jakarta)
Minimum Qualifications
• 1–2 years of CRM operations or lifecycle marketing experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative with strong communication skills.
• Basic understanding of segmentation, user journeys, and campaign testing.
• Familiar with CleverTap or similar CRM platforms (Braze, MoEngage, etc).
