Field Coordinator Astro Farm  

About this Position

We are looking for a Field Coordinator who is responsible for managing and overseeing contract farming operations on the field (upstream), ensuring that harvest output from farmers/vendors meets company requirements in terms of quantity, quality, and specifications.

Job Description

As our Astronaut, your missions are:

• Manage and oversee daily contract farming operations (upstream)
• Monitor harvesting activities to ensure quantity, quality, and product specifications meet company standards.
• Supervise sorting, grading, yield, and rejection during harvest.
• Coordinate with farmers and vendors; act as main field liaison.
• Conduct farmer/vendor scouting and prepare backup suppliers.
• Record and report daily harvest data using Excel / Google Sheets.

In order to launch the missions successfully, you need to have:

• Minimum Diploma (D3).
• Local resident around Cipanas / Ciwidey preferred.
• Experience in local packing house operations, agricultural input sales, field coordinator or similar roles in related fields
• Basic understanding of agriculture or farming operations.
• Sales-related background is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with field-based, manual work.
• Able to speak Sundanese is a strong plus.
• Own vehicle required.
