- Complete and standardize Quality Specbook for each SKU (Fresh, Frozen, and Kitchen categories).
- Consolidate and merge existing Specbooks (visual format & detailed information) into one aligned and standardized format.
- Manage and maintain large-scale product documentation (tens of thousands of SKUs).
- Create and develop data visualizations from database to improve readability and usability of product specifications.
- Support Quality team initiatives, including collaboration with PX team (Quality-related scope).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all product specifications.
Minimum Qualifications
- Fresh graduate from Food Technology, Food Industry, Agriculture, or other related majors, with basic understanding of food quality standards and product specifications.
- Prior experience in retail is an advantage.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Comfortable handling large datasets and structured documentation, with basic knowledge of data visualization preferred.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and willing to conduct field visits, including mobile product assessments and visits to hubs/warehouses.
