About this Position

We are looking for a Tech Talent Acquisition professional who will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top technical talent. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and closing hires. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, improving hiring processes, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. This position requires someone who can work quickly, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support the company’s growing technology team.

Job Description:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs across technical teams.
• Define and align candidate selection criteria based on role requirements and team objectives.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer stage.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ technical background, experience, and role fit.
• Review and assess candidate applications through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment tracking.
• Create and refine job descriptions, interview questions, and hiring frameworks aligned with technical role requirements.
• Coordinate interview processes between candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment experience.
• Participate in job fairs, recruitment events, and talent community initiatives to build a strong tech talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs and support workforce planning.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably handling technical roles.
• Strong ability to source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other professional networks.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of technical roles and the ability to screen candidates for technical positions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requests simultaneously while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate closely with hiring managers.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under tight hiring timelines.
