Freelance Social Media Admin  

- Handle community and engagement, reply komen dan DM, nggak hanya balesin komen aja, tapi align juga sama internal tim spt CX.
Misal, menerima customer complain, perlu align dulu sama tim CX dan sebaliknya, misal melengkapi customer data untuk customer complain.

- Respond promptly to Direct Messages (DMs), comments on posts/reels, and mentions to ensure active engagement.
- Engage with followers by replying to their stories and participating in conversations to make the social media page feel "alive."
- Daily and weekly reporting of response metrics (e.g., number of DMs, comments replied to, etc.).
- Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on responses and interactions to the social media manager.
- Coordinate regularly with the social media and CS teams for feedback and urgent case management.
- Liaise with the Customer Service (CS) team for urgent or escalated cases, especially if there are complaints or negative interactions.
- Ensure that all interactions are on-brand and maintain a positive tone.
- Assist with scheduling, and publishing social media content.
- Serve as talent for social media content as needed (optional).
- Support the social media team if there’s any campaigns, giveaways, and/or other online/offline events.
- Provide and update weekly report manually using Spreadsheet

• Min 1 years experience or fresh graduate in any field.
• Experience in creating social media content or acting as on-screen talent.
• Have a basic project management skills.
• Ability to multitask, detail oriented, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to use Canva & Capcut.
• Familiarity with reporting and analyzing social media metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Fast responder & Good interpersonal skills
