- Melakukan audit operasional end-to-end (inbound, inventory, outbound) serta memastikan seluruh proses sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku.
- Melakukan floor audit dan observasi langsung untuk mengidentifikasi gap proses, risiko, dan peluang improvement.
- Memastikan standar hygiene dan 5R (PPE/APD, personal hygiene, cleaning, serta Ringkas–Rapi–Resik–Rawat–Rajin) diterapkan secara konsisten.
- Mengawasi kepatuhan terhadap safety & food safety termasuk implementasi standar HACCP, GMP, dan ISO.
- Menyusun laporan audit dan mendorong continuous improvement, termasuk persiapan compliance Halal dan BPOM ke depan.
- Mampu membuat report audit-concluse (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Mampu memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan (CA)
- Mampu berkomunikasi & melakukan follow up temuan sampai case close
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang QA, Audit, atau Operational Excellence
- Pengalaman di QA/QC, audit proses, atau manufaktur, Food Technology, Nutrition, Industrial, atau Agriculture (F&B/FMCG/retail/quick commerce lebih disukai)
- Tegas, komunikatif, objektif, tidak bias, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Mampu bekerja secara independen
- Menguasai MS Office/Google Workspace (pivot, basic formula, dashboard) serta familiar dengan alat ukur (thermometer, hygrometer, caliper, timbangan, pH, brix) termasuk kalibrasi & pembacaan
- Bersedia mobile Scope area WH & HUB
