- Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare and process journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevant departments to identify root causes.
- Prepare and process inventory adjustment transactions based on approved findings and supporting documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors and assist during internal and external audits.
- Ensure accounting processes comply with company policies and accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of taxation regulations is a plus.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates integrity, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling financial information.
