Summary of Work Activities and Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head, the Program Sales Assistant is expected to provide overall support to the Program Sales Group in promoting courses and accomplishing administrative tasks. He/she must be able to communicate CCE’s portfolio of programs and respond to inquiries on behalf of the sales officers. He/she must also be able to carry on day-to-day sales operation tasks.
The position closely coordinates with members of the Program Sales and Marketing Group, Program Development Group, Training Services Group, and Admin Services Group.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Customer Support
- Respond to client inquiries from various sources, such as walk-in, email and phone calls, and social media channels in the absence of the sales officers
- Accept and encode client registration forms to CRM system and ensure proper endorsement to course account handler
- Initiate the preparation of billing statements based on prevailing fees.
B. Office Support and Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly sales and productivity reports.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies
- Prepare billing-related reports
- Monitor payment tracking reports and process request for official receipt
- Ensure proper documentation of office transactions
C. Lead Generation
- Work in conjunction with the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head and other Program Sales Officers on market coverage and continuously populate the client database system.
- Provide management committee with feedback on the changing market conditions, including trends in the competitive market.
- Utilize various marketing channels (i.e., telemarketing, email, social media, events)
- Represent the Center in various related trade shows and meetings.
D. Performs special projects and assignments given by Management or the Program Sales and Marketing Group Head.
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with a great eye for detail
- Ability to relate well with people from different levels
- Customer-service orientation
- Computer proficiency (MS Office and internet applications)
- Ability to multitask and an openness to take new initiatives
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Open to fresh graduates; 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred but not required
