Job Description
- Designing attractive displays, which can lead customers to product displays and purchase products;
- Design window displays, interiors, signage and special promotions in stores to give customers a good shopping experience;
- Design and maintain the quality of planograms in all stores that sell products from the company;
- Translate messages from sales and marcom teams to customers through appropriate VM materials;
- Assist the project team in overseeing the VM material production timeline;
- Create asset data and distribution of VM materials in all sales areas;
- Willing to visit stores to supervise the implementation of VM activities such as POSM installation, glorifier and planogram arrangement;
- Keep up with visual style trends in the retail world and beauty industry
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design or other related majors;
- Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
- Experience as a Visual Merchandiser is a plus;
- Ability to analyze space and strategy for its utilization and appearance;
- Basic knowledge of printing materials and fixtures;
- Creative, innovative and have a good sense of art;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Desire to continuously build skills and insights into Store Experience.
