- Mencapai target penjualan produk pendanaan (seperti tabungan dan deposito berjangka).
- Menjaga hubungan baik dengan nasabah secara berkelanjutan.
- Meningkatkan pangsa pasar (market share) dan portofolio perusahaan.
- Memberikan layanan prima (service excellence) kepada nasabah.

Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1 (Sarjana) dari semua jurusan.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Sales/Marketing, lebih disukai jika memiliki latar belakang dari industri keuangan/perbankan.
- Memiliki orientasi yang kuat terhadap kepuasan nasabah (customer orientation).
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Gigih dan berorientasi pada target (target-driven).
- Seorang high achiever yang memiliki minat dan antusiasme tinggi di bidang penjualan.
- Kemampuan berbahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah.
