- Melakukan penagihan angsuran TLW > 30 hari
- Melakukan identifikasi upaya penyehatan kredit, melengkapi data dan dokumen.
- Membuat laporan RTL (Rencana Tindak Lanjut) nasabah menunggak
- Melakukan upaya penyelesaian kredit/recovery, penjualan agunan dan upaya litigasi
- Mereview Surat Peringatan, Surat Penarikan agunan, dan Surat Pemasangan plang
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan oleh management/Direksi sepanjang dalam ruang lingkup tugas Bank
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun di bidang Collection, khususnya di perbankan atau pembiayaan
- Memahami proses penagihan dan pengelolaan kredit bermasalah (NPL)
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik serta berorientasi pada target
- Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
- Memiliki SIM A/C dan bersedia melakukan kunjungan lapangan
