Business Relation Officer Branch Jakarta Selatan  

Acquire new customers through agency partnerships and direct selling for cash loan products secured by residential or commercial property certificates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, property brokers, developers, notaries, and other potential referral partners.

Conduct canvassing and field visits to identify and approach potential customers.

Establish and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners to generate new business opportunities.

Follow up on leads and customer applications throughout the financing process until disbursement.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information regarding BFI Finance's financing products in accordance with company policies.

Coordinate with internal teams throughout the survey, credit analysis, and disbursement processes.

Develop and maintain an agency network and customer database to generate sustainable business contributions.

Achieve assigned acquisition and disbursement targets.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.

• Possess a valid Driving License (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle.

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, Agency, Relationship Management, or Business Development is preferred.

• Previous experience in the banking, insurance, or financing industry is highly preferred, particularly in roles involving customer acquisition, sales targets, or relationship management.

• Having a strong network or extensive relationships, particularly in property, banking, insurance, financing, brokerage, or business communities, is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.

• Friendly, confident, responsible, disciplined, and target-oriented.

• Comfortable with canvassing, networking, and frequent field visits.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Willing to work with high mobility and conduct field activities.

• Willing to be placed at BFI Jakarta Selatan 2.

• Not currently bound by an employment contract with another company.
