- Melakukan konfigurasi dan pengembangan sistem HC sesuai kebutuhan modul dan proses bisnis.
- Memberikan support operasional terkait proses kekaryawanan melalui sistem HC.
- Menganalisis dan menangani kendala pada sistem HC serta melakukan koordinasi dengan vendor untuk penyelesaiannya.
- Melakukan monitoring dan pengecekan untuk memastikan sistem HC berjalan dengan baik dan mendukung kebutuhan pengguna.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan minimal S1, diutamakan dari jurusan Sistem Informasi, Teknik Informatika, Ilmu Komputer, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pemahaman SQL dan pengolahan database.
- Memiliki kemampuan System Analysis dan pemahaman terhadap proses bisnis.
- Menguasai Microsoft Excel.
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis, problem solving, dan troubleshooting yang baik.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dan berkoordinasi dengan baik dengan user maupun vendor.
- Teliti, responsif, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
