- Menangani pemberkasan/administrasi dalam proses OD dan asesmen
- engelola aktivitas penilaian
- Merancang dan mengimplementasikan tools dalam proses asesmen
- Memahami proses WLA (Work Load Analysis)
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Cipondoh, Tangerang
Minimum Qualifications
- Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi
- Berpengalaman min. 2 tahun di bidang Pengembangan Organisasi (OD) dan Assesment dalam proses Talent Management / Talent Pool
- Lebih disukai jika memiliki sertifikasi Assesment Center
- Mengelola modul Pengembangan Organisasi (OD) pada HRIS yang digunakan oleh perusahaan
- Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi, analisis, dan administrasi yang baik
