- Manage employee database, document archiving, and HC administration.
- Manage office inventory, work equipment and operational needs.
- Support the administration of office facilities and procurement of goods.
- Prepare PR and PO documents for purchases.
- Ensure completeness of vendor payment administration.
Minimum Qualifications
- Looking for Male.
- Can ride a motorbike.
- Strong in administrative and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Able to work in multitasking.
- High initiative.
- Working arrangement: full Mon- Fri WFO (Mon - Fri) from South Jakarta Office.
