- Reviewing and drafting contracts and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research on regulations, laws, and industry practices.
- Help organize and manage legal files and contract databases.
- Do compliance and administrative tasks related with legal.
- Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and review of variety of commercial agreements, including contracts with vendor, supplier, customers, and partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Law (Fresh graduates are open to apply)
- Have internship experience will be an advantage.
- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things.
- Willing to do administrative and practical works
- Good attitude, commitment to work and good team player.
- Good problem solving, analytical skill.
