- Mencari client di berbagai sektor yang sudah di sebutkan di atas
- Menjaga relasi baik dengan setiap klien
- Secara aktif mencari req dari klien yang dimiliki
- Berkoordinasi dengan recruiter untuk memenuhi kebutuhan di klien

- Memiliki pengalaman di Sales minimal 3 tahun dibidang IT Outsouring
- Memiliki client base yg valid dan uptodate di sektor Perbankan, Asuransi, Telekomunikasi, BUMN, Manufacturing, Services.
- Terbiasa dengan target sales
- Memiliki motivasi, profesional dan attitude yg baik sbg sales
